D – We exist to help each individual person and church to discover, develop, and deploy their unique spiritual gifts and abilities toward the fulfillment of the Great Commission in their lives and community.

International

I – We work with individuals and groups in both domestic and international settings. We will do this through live, in-person training activities and via Zoom or other suitable teleconferencing tools.

Ministries

M – We are here to serve God’s kingdom and His people/churches through training, partnership, and connecting various ministry capabilities with their spiritual and organizational needs.

Vision and Mission Statements

The specific vision, mission, and purposes of this ministry are solely motivated by the Great Commandment (Matthew 22:36-40; Mark 12:28-31) and clearly focused on and aligned with actively pursuing the Great Commission (Matthew 28:18-20).

The Great Commission (and our role in it) is a definitive call from God – that our purpose and actions become synchronized with the Lord’s desire to finish His mission. This is the flow and focus of this ministry, and it can be summed up in a single word – FINISH.

We are not merely committed to the work of evangelism, rather we are committed to see the Great Commission completed, fulfilled, and finished. That is our end-goal as we labor in the Lord’s harvest field.

We emphasize four “power words” – Purpose, Vision, Strategy, and Methodology. The point is these four “power words” represent the reasons (from God’s point of view) of why we have gathered together as Believers and as a Church. We desire to align our mission, vision, and processes with God’s mission, vision, strategies, and methodology!

RDIM Mission:
- Disciple and teach individual Christians, pastors, ministry leaders, and congregations how to:
  - Intentionally lead the lost to the Lord.
  - Make dedicated and mature disciples.
  - Plant and grow healthy churches among the lost and unreached peoples of the world.
- Emphasize Great Commission priorities and focus.
- Complete the Great Commission mandates in this generation.

RDIM Vision:
- Assist every Believer and church to:
  - Experience greater intimacy and relationship with God.
  - Discover their purpose and destiny according to the Scriptures and God’s provision.
  - Effectively connect with people.
  - Find freedom through God’s truth and obedience to His principles.
  - Make a difference by selflessly serving others.
- Educate and assist you to expand and enhance your individual and ministry vision and functions – not to replace them.

Objectives

Provide instruction, consulting, equipping, counseling, and connecting services on foundational Christ-centered disciplines:

Refocus on the Great Commission assignments to lead the lost to Jesus and make disciples as the primary, core responsibilities and mission of every Believer and church congregation.
Encourage, train, and promote strategic missions and intentional evangelism at all levels as instructed in Act 1:8 through active partnership with Oasis Ministries, AIMS, and other like-minded ministries.
Facilitate Unreached People Group (UPG) ministry awareness and sponsor UPG adoptions through active partnership with AIMS and Joshua Project ministries.
Establish Small Groups and church planting movements, as required by the local ministry environment and needs of the local church.
Offer and conduct Bible-based training and seminars on effective church leadership principles, God’s Kingdom economy, powerful marriage fundamentals, active personal evangelism, church planting, Women’s Ministry, and related Christian discipleship topics.
