What We Offer

Teach Great Commission and Discipleship Fundamentals

In the Great Commission, Jesus called us to be His disciples as well as to make new disciples.  But you can’t make a disciple if you are not a disciple yourself – you can’t effectively teach what you do not know or do not practice yourself!

We can answer the following questions and guide you to effective discipleship processes for yourself and your congregation:

  • What exactly is a disciple according to the Bible?
  • How is a disciple different from a follower?
  • What does the Word of God tell us about disciples?

Provide Strategic Missions Training

We conduct Strategic Missions Training Conferences and Seminars to help you discover how you can make a difference in God’s Kingdom expansion and fully engage in His Great Commission directives.

We can accomplish this in three distinct avenues:

1. We can present an Introduction to Strategic Missions (ITSMLive Seminar for pastors and ministry leaders, church congregations, missions organizations, and small groups.  Schedule it directly with RDIM or through the AIMS website

2. We can present Live ITSM Missions Strategy Workshops for your church staff or missions leadership team.

Begin to develop a missions culture within your organization in less than one day. Invite a missions specialist to your staff meeting and align your team around a personalized plan to strategically engage in local outreach and cross-cultural missions. Schedule it directly with RDIM or through the AIMS website (https://aims.org/get-training.html#workshop).

3. We will introduce individuals and small groups to the FREE ITSM Online Overview Lessons to acquire God’s heart for missions.  This course consists of five modules (about 25-minute videos each) along with a downloadable Student Manual and a quiz to help you commit these truths to memory. To register and complete the ITSM Overview Online Course, contact AIMS at https://aims.org/get-training.html#online.

Introduce You to Unreached People Groups (UPGs) and How to Sponsor UPG Adoptions

Did You Know:  Nearly 60,000 people die every day around the world without hearing name of Jesus or having had any contact with any kind of Christian.

  • What would it be like to live all your life and never have contact with a Christian?
  • Try to visualize “what if it was me?”
  • The global population is growing hundreds of thousands of people every day (over 1.5 million every week). Every one of these people has a personal right to hear the gospel and make a salvation choice!

Let’s define and review a few key terms:

  • Nations (Ethne)A group of people who may vary in size or geographic location but are the same ethnically, socially, culturally, and linguistically.
  • People Group A group of individuals who share a common history and heritage as well as ethnic, linguistic, and cultural traits.
  • Reached People GroupsA people group is considered “reached” if it has a viable, indigenous, reproducing church movement in its midst. This includes strong churches pastored by indigenous leaders, in their own language, actively evangelizing their own people, and planting churches within their community/region.
  • Unreached People Group (UPG)People group within which there is no viable indigenous church that can disciple and reach its own people, no real access to hear about Jesus. They have never had the opportunity to make a choice to make Jesus their Lord and Savior!

Believers, Pastors, and church congregations must recognize there are UPGs everywhere.  According to Joshua Project, there are UPGs located in virtually every country on earth, with few exceptions.  Check out some examples:

 Where do UPGs live?

Approximately 90-95% of unreached people live in a region called the 10/40 Window. This is a geographical region between 10 degrees north latitude and 40 degrees north latitude and extending from the far eastern edge of Japan to the far western edge of North Africa.

  • In this regional window, the vast majority of the people and cultures are dominated by one of the following religions or government systems:
    • Tribal/Folk Religionists (witch doctors, animists, etc.)
    • Hindus
    • Unreligious (socialists, communists, secular humanists, agnostics, and atheists)
    • Muslims
    • Buddhists
    • This represents the majority, though not all, of the remaining final frontiers of Great Commission missions work for the Global Church.
  • In this region live over 80 percent of the world’s “poorest of the poor” and 82 percent of those with the lowest quality of life.
  • Unfortunately, this region is also where less than .05% of missions-designated funds are given to reach the unreached and only 2-5% of Christian workers minister among unreached people groups. This is a travesty!

What Is Sponsoring a UPG Adoption?

  • A heart connection to an Unreached People Group marked by prayer and concern for their eternal destiny.
  • A financial commitment to the UPG – a commitment to see native missionaries sent and new churches planted until they are multiplying on their own.

Why are ministries like RDIM, AIMS, Joshua Project, Oasis Ministries, and other like-minded ministries so passionate and focused on going to Unreached People Groups (UPGs)?

  • In His final words on Earth, Jesus gave his followers the Great Commission, instructing us to: “Go and make disciples of all nations [ethne]” Matthew 28:19
    • Jesus was not referring to our modern political nations, but the Greek translation, “panta ta ethne,” indicates people groups.
    • In Matthew 24:14, he uses the same language, declaring: “This gospel of the kingdom will be proclaimed throughout the whole world as a testimony to all nations [ethne], and then the end will come.” Jesus gave us the finish line for the church!
  • The Global Church (including all born-again Believers) exists to get the message of Jesus to those who have no access because we are disciples of Jesus and want to fulfill the words of Christ.
    • With the body of Christ working together, all 7,400+ Unreached People Groups can be reached with the gospel – making the Great Commission into the Great Completion.
    • RDIM and AIMS are committed to sending local (indigenous)  missionaries who already know the language, culture, and lifestyle of an unreached tribe to share God’s love and plant churches among them.
  • When you sponsor a UPG Adoption, YOU will be personally involved in this Great Commission process!  Praise God!

Personal Evangelism

Fundamentals of Kingdom Expansion

  • For the most part, the Western church expects the pastors, selected leaders, and designated volunteers to do all the work of evangelism and missions.
  • The Saints are not doing their part (and often aren’t even taught what their part is)
  • Obedience to the Great Commandment and the Great Commission are the MAIN THINGS for the Church of Jesus!
    • The Church of Jesus grew day-by-day – not through the singular efforts of the original disciples, but through the testimony of those being saved.
    • Acts 2:46-47: So, continuing daily with one accord in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, they ate their food with gladness and simplicity of heart, praising God and having favor with all the people. And the Lord added to the church daily those who were being saved.

Have You Ever Personally Led Someone to Jesus?

  1. Most Christians will never share Jesus or lead anyone into salvation.

2. Why don’t most Christians share their faith with unbelievers?

  • Don’t know what to say – they feel uneducated, inferior, inexperienced, lack of knowledge, perhaps lack of conviction? – the imparting of knowledge.
  • Fear and unbelief – want avoid rejection, evade perceived confrontation or arguments, may be timid or introverted (Pray for boldness) – the imparting of faith and vision.
  • Hardness of heart – wrong or no teaching, secular humanism, self-centeredness = lack of compassion – imparting desire for action.
  • The end result of any of these three reasons is outright disobedience (whether intentional or unintentional is irrelevant!) to the Great Commission mandates.

3. What we need is a New Testament Theology of Church – the church and missions are key components of the Great Commission.

  • The biblical mandate is to make disciples.
  • The biblical method is to plant churches.
  • A compassionate heart creates a desire to learn how to reach the hurting. True compassion is not just theory – it is love in action.
  • We should always be looking for ways to improve our witness and make our lives even more fruitful for the Lord.

4. It all starts with you and me – Personal Evangelism

  • Each Believer must obey the Great Commission to go and make disciples.
  • “You are My witnesses,” says the Lord, “And My servant whom I have chosen, that you may know and believe Me, and understand that I am He. Before Me there was no God formed, nor shall there be after Me. I, even I, am the Lord, and besides Me there is no savior. Isaiah 43:10 -11
  • The key question: “If God asked you for one minute a day on a special project for him, would you give it to him?”
  • We must get the church (that’s us!) out of the four walls and into the world – the world is increasingly less likely to come to the established church for multiple reasons.  Remember: don’t just invite them to church, BRING them!
  • Knowledge without application is useless.
  • Faith without works is dead.
  • We must personally receive the great commission as our personal assignment from the Lord Himself, and intentionally act on it regularly and diligently.

God’s Kingdom Economy

We will present Biblical Financial Principles Seminar:

  • The spirit of mammon is perhaps the greatest direct enemy of God in the world today!  Mammon represents the world monetary culture and incorporates selfishness, covetousness, greed, possessions, pride, and power – it causes us to try to accumulate as much stuff as we can.
  • Mammon’s authority is rooted in fear– our fear that God cannot or will not fulfill His promises; that we will not get our fair share; that we will lose out on things that others are getting or appearing to have; etc.
  • The foundation of this fear is our inborn sense of selfishness.
  • Money (or the love of money) is the ultimate substitute for God in the world.
  • Matthew 6:24 – “No one can serve two masters … You cannot serve God and mammon.”

This seminar has five sessions.

Our vision for Women’s Ministry is to encourage, equip, and empower women to be all that God has called them to be. We believe that united women are a powerful force with great potential impact in our churches and the world. When we lay aside our differences and focus on the things that unite us, anything with God is possible.

  • We can conduct or participate in Women’s Retreats, Conferences, or Seminars using our own curriculum or seminars from other sources.
  • We can recommend several powerful and effective teaching series for Small Group leaders to present to their groups – these are YouTube video sessions and discussion tools (Leader’s Guides and Student Handouts) very suitable for the Small Group environment.
